“I love your products but I wonder why the mascara I received needed to come in a very small cotton drawstring bag. I can’t imagine what I could use it for, I certainly wouldn’t return it to the bag every time I used it, it seems unnecessary.”

“Great packaging and promt delivery. Love the ethos. Unfortunately, glass bottle of floss broke when slipped out of hand in bathroom and deodorant quite difficult to use if not at the optimum temperature. I ended up pushing too much at first and it won't go back in so lid doesn't fit properly now. Moisturiser scent takes a bit of getting used to but seems to be agreeing with my skin at the moment.”

“The product is fine, good quality and lovely packaging... but the delivery was disappointing. The package was thrown over our back fence and got very soggy as we did not get a note through the door to say this had been done and so assumed it had not been delivered.”

“The products are all great so far. Delivery took 10 days, when it stated 3-5. Packaging was all paper and cardboard which is great also, but each product came in separate boxes and deliveries which is a shame.”

“Everything arrived promptly and plastic free! Still testing out the products. They all appear pretty good. One niggle: the body cream is on the hard side and doesnt apply very easily. But I will continue to buy your fine products as we all need get on nature's side.”
