“I was not sure if i was going to enjoy the class, as I have never done anything like it before, but should not have worried. Right from the start everything was very relaxed, and the kitchen was amazing, there was plenty of room for us all. This class was an 80th birthday present for my dad, and, thankfully, he really enjoyed it as well, we had a great time. We could see clearly what was going on, and were able to understand and follow instructions easily. The dishes cooked were really nice, and sitting down with rest of the class to enjoy the meal we cooked was a nice end to the session.”

“Best chicken Penang I have ever tasted and Jirapan demystifies the preparation process. With all the ingredients readily available these days it is pretty simple to make your own paste from scratch and freeze what you don't need. Very good class indeed, not too many people either.”

“The small group worked well and it allowed you to ask lots of questions. The knowledge shared was first class. I have attended quite a few courses and have cooked extensively and yet still came away having learned a number of new skills. All in all a very good course, highly recommended.”

“I bought this experience as a birthday present for my wife and it was truly money well spent. The whole experience was fantastic, a small group of 5 people, Jirapan was brilliant and took a lot of care and patience to make sure we were all looked after and understood exactly what we were doing and how to carry it out. A top notch day that I would recommend to anyone, thank you Jirapan, we will be back again for another session.”

“An amazing experience, having only really 'bought' Thai food I really wanted to understand the building blocks and reasons why and how things should be done. Just learning the 3 dishes provided a fantastic level of detail and understanding. Making your own bowls to cook, serve and eat the food in was a real highlight. Delivery of the course was engaging and entertaining, the time literally flew by. As a gift I would highly recommend a course learning unique skills to be used time and again.”

“The event proved to be tremendous fun. Jirapan, our host and instructor, was very professional, welcoming, easy-going and took our group (of 5 people) through the proposed menu, the ingredients that we were to use and then led us through the preparation, cooking and serving of the meal. The event was relaxed and we were encouraged to participate to the extent that we wished and to ask questions as they occurred to us. Jirapan demonstrated what needed to be done, helped out when things started to slide and encouraged everyone throughout the event. We then had the pleasure of consuming our own cuisine - good heavens we were good! Thoroughly recommended - great fun and very instructive. Thank you Jirapan (and Mum)!”

“It was such a lovely morning. We thought Priapan was a very good teacher and we had a lot of laughs with the other attendees which made the morning great fun. And of course to eat the amazing food that we made afterwards was a bonus!”

“Another great afternoon cooking and learning about Thai food. We took our daughter and her partner for his birthday as they had been to Thailand. We did 2 new dishes and a favourite from last time, we are looking to trying them all out. Jirapan was a good teacher and gives you places that you can get the Thai ingredients from. We will be back again to learn some more of the dishes”
