“This was so much fun and completely delicious! Jirapan is a delightful person and absolutely superb as a tutor and chef. We even made banana leaf baskets - a miracle considering the skill level of her pupils! The dishes we created were out of this world - as good if not better than any restaurant. I have since located my local Thai supermarket and am heading off there with confidence - I don't want to cook or eat anything else now!”

“I had a very enjoyable and informative three hours making some wonderful dishes and learning a bit about the Thai culture and cuisine. So much fun, and it's spurred me on to investigate and experiment further. I highly recommend this course to anyone who has an interest in cooking and eating food.”

“We had a private class on Saturday morning (2 couples) - it was an excellent experience and here's why: Great menu selection, good contact before course, really friendly and welcoming, personable approach, very knowledgeable, supportive style, nice environment - plus delicious food to enjoy/take home at the end!”

“Jirapan is a wonderfully friendly and happy tutor. It was wonderful to learn about all the thai ingredients and how to store etc. Our 3 dishes were amazingly tasty and having some to take home after was great. Looking forward to practicing what we have learnt soon....”

“Brilliant session with such a knowledgeable teacher! Lots of very practical tips for sourcing and storing ingredients and an insight into where they come from and why they are used. A really enjoyable session with an incredibly encouraging and welcoming teacher with some great food at the end! If you love Thai food and cooking would highly recommend.”

“We loved our Thai cookery lessons which we had at our own home and the food was delicious. Jirapan explained all the ingredients and gave us some wonderful tips. At the end of the session we tucked into three wonderful dishes and we will definitely get Jirapan back for a dinner party cookery session.”

“It was a very welcoming environment. The kitchen and the equipment was beautifully clean and hygienic. We participated in the preparation and cooking of the food which turned out very tasty and we enjoyed eating it with the rest of the group.”

“I was not sure if i was going to enjoy the class, as I have never done anything like it before, but should not have worried. Right from the start everything was very relaxed, and the kitchen was amazing, there was plenty of room for us all. This class was an 80th birthday present for my dad, and, thankfully, he really enjoyed it as well, we had a great time. We could see clearly what was going on, and were able to understand and follow instructions easily. The dishes cooked were really nice, and sitting down with rest of the class to enjoy the meal we cooked was a nice end to the session.”

“Best chicken Penang I have ever tasted and Jirapan demystifies the preparation process. With all the ingredients readily available these days it is pretty simple to make your own paste from scratch and freeze what you don't need. Very good class indeed, not too many people either.”
