“this was a most enjoyable course whether you are a novice or like to experiment in the kitchen. Jirapan was extremely knowledgeable, patient and explained every step. even though we cooked it ourselves the food was exception and would even dare to say better than restaurant quality”

“This was my second visit and was just as good as the first, I shall now be thinking of my third. Jirapan is a lovely lady and great chef. She teaches will and gets everyone involved. Could not recommend Pay Thai Cooking highly enough. If you like cooking you will love this.”

“The teacher was really attentive and explained things really well. I found that we could taste the food as we cooked. The class was small enough so everyone could enjoy and the group today was full of humour”

“Jirapan is lovely and makes it a fun 3 hours. She gives in depth information on all the ingredients and many tips on how to prepare them. The recipies are amazing and the food tastes as good as any top Thai restaurant I have been to. This is my third course so far and I have more already booked. If you want to learn how to cook authentic Thai food, I can't recommend these courses enough.”

“The three of us, including my son of 16, had a private cooking lesson with Jirapan. We were made to feel welcome right from the start and her teaching style made it feel relaxed and easy to do. We learnt where different dishes come from, the different ingredients, the combinations of flavours and tasting all along so we could appreciate how to balance them. Things I haven't got from other days I have previously done. The three of us left feeling inspired and family cooking has now gone to a different level. Thank you Jirapan for a great day!”

“Not given the option of 6 stars or above but deserves so much more... An absolutely brilliant afternoon was had. Our hostess was an accomplished Thai chef and immediately put us all at ease, it was informal and friendly and highly educational and who would have thought we would be able to cook , with some degree of competence, authentic Chicken Satay, Beef Massaman curry and a Chicken and Ginger stir fry, all from scratch and with our very own hands ? The atmosphere was congenial and the food was good ( Even if we do say so ourselves ). The experience was a Birthday gift for the OH and he loved it, I loved it and am guessing by the friends we made on the day... they loved it too. Highly recommended and we will be back. Thank you so much !”

“The Thai chef (Jirapan I believe) was very helpful right through the lesson and encourage us all to try everything ourselves. We all ended up with 3 very nice dishes and a glass of Chilean Sauvignon blanc to wash it down with too. I would recommend the course to others too. With Regards. Mike.”
