“Very enjoyable - small class (7 in my group), food items set out and explained on arrival. Prepared and cooked meals under Jirapan's expert eye. She made it fun and I came away not only with boxes of delicious food but a greater knowledge of Thai cooking and what goes into making the food taste so good. Many thanks Jirapan.”

“Today was our second cooking experience with Jirapan at Paya Thai Cooking. We feel very relaxed here. We’ve learned to cook some delicious Thai food in just two classes. Everything is so well organised. The kitchen and equipment are spacious and very clean. Jirapan explains all the products first and takes time to give reasons why some alternatives products won’t give the same flavour. Jirapan ensures the food tastes as it should do, by taking a little taste of everyone’s food whilst we taste our own to check on flavours and heat. Highly recommend Paya Thai Cooking. We’ll definitely be booking another class to build our knowledge and recipe collection. Thank you so much for a wonderful day and fabulous tasting food.”

“I'd chosen this Thai cooking course just because it was local but I'm so glad I did. Jirapan was an amazing host and really encouraged us to try all the different ingredients - raw and cooked - to understand the flavour profiles. I would happily book with Jirapan again”

“What an amazing morning we had with Jirapan on Saturday. The course was extremely well run, we learnt such a lot and the food we cooked was outstanding. Jirapan gave such clear instructions at every stage with lots of hints and tips for how we could create these delicious dishes back home. We left with a very helpful folder on our recipes and where we could find some of the specialist ingredients she used. This was a birthday gift and an ideal gift across many ages. Thank you Jirapan. “The morning rushed by so quickly, it was so so much fun! We cook 3 seafood dishes that all worked as standalone dishes or together. We learnt so much about flavours and how to combine them and adjust them as you go. Everything from the second we arrived was clear, concise, well-delivered, and thoroughly enjoyable. I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone.”

“Jirapan was a fantastic teacher, she was very friendly and knowledgeable and we have definitely learnt a few tricks that will hugely improve our cooking. The fact three of the people learning alongside us had been there before is a testament to her - and we also plan to return!”

“My boyfriend and I were impressed by how well orchestrated the class was. The instructions were really clear and we learned 3 delicious dishes which we couldn’t wait to eat. Jirapans charisma was contagious and made us all feel very comfortable. Would definitely be booking on for another class in the future!”

“This was very well organised session. The instructor was very knowledgeable and put over everything in an easy to understand manner even for a non chef. The choice of dishes offered plenty of opportunity to try different techniques. I would thoroughly recommend this course.”
