“My husband and I had a great time cooking our first Thai food. The whole morning was relaxed and friendly and we had help when needed. Our host was extremely knowledgeable and we learnt a lot. This was a gift from our son and it was much appreciated. Would love to go again and cook a new range of dishes.”

“Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our class, there was a great atmosphere. The dishes we made were all so delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I will be keeping an eye out for future classes so I can learn some more dishes soon. Also, it was a great addition to be given a list of local places and online options for buying the best quality and traditional ingredients.”

“A superb morning in a lovely environment with a lovely group of people. Jirapan was a superb teacher and great company, making sure we experienced and understood all the ingredients and how the cooking process changed flavours etc. Hugely enjoyable and educational - I'd definitely return to learn how to cook more dishes.”

“What a fantastic morning learning how to cook the most amazing food. The best Thai Green Curry I have tasted anywhere, together with a beautiful Pad Thai and Papaya Salad. Jirapan is a brilliant chef/teacher together with 'Mum' who kept our workstations immaculate the whole time we were prepping and cooking. I would happily spend next Saturday morning there!”

“Many thanks for the class which I thoroughly enjoyed. It had great pace and was entertaining, but most of all I learned a lot. I re-created the stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts last night which everyone found delicious with so many layers of flavour. More adventurously I'm making the red curry chicken at the weekend. I look forward to attending another session soon! David”

“The Thai cooking course was brilliant. Very personal setting with everything provided. It was run very professionally & extremely well organised at every stage even including all the washing up & tidying by the lovely lady who was assisting Jirapan. Jirapan is a very good teacher. We learnt some great new skills as well as lots of information about the ingredients & how to cook them. Most importantly though, the food was absolutely delicious! I would thoroughly recommend this course.”

“This is now my 4th course and loved it just as much as the first 3! This one I bought as a birthday present for my sister in law and it went down a treat! I’d highly recommend Jirapan..she gives so much knowledge, and it makes cooking these dishes at home a doddle!”

“What a wonderful experience; great teaching, very well thought out class program. Love the back stories too, of Thailand (still on my list to visit) and of how Thai people have such a different approach and respect of ingredients. I’ll definitely be back again; looking forward to tucking into my meal after the rugby! Thank you so much Jirapan x”
