I really enjoyed my cooking class with Jirapan. She has an excellent knowledge of Thai cooking, the techniques and about the various ingredients we used. She is able to demonstrate and explain this clearly in a friendly and relaxed environment. I would definitely highly recommend taking a class if you want to learn to make Thai food really well.
