Jirapan is a wonderful chef and teacher. She is totally professional, and shares her time equally between all the guests. She clearly knows everything there is to know about Thai cooking and all the ingredients involved. Her delivery style is calm and full of good humour. The three dishes, green Thai curry ( chicken), Pad Thai noodles and Papaya salad complimented each other beautifully. Fantastic flavours. I’d definitely go back for another course!
