“Thank you Jirapan for our Wednesday class what a lovely experience. Bought a private class for my husband birthday it was the best gift he thoroughly enjoyed himself making all the lovely food. I was really surprise how much we had to eat and had loads to take home. We learned so much every recipe was well explained. Jirapan is a excellent teacher. I will be busy this weekend trying the recipes. Thank you for making my husband birthday so special. We will be back to learn a few more recipes. I highly recommend Paya Thai Cooking. Linda”

“What a fun morning, really good value and wonderful instruction, not just for the recipes but also lots of handy tips. Very approachable, informative teacher, well organised and excellent facilities. Would recommend and we will hopefully go again to learn new recipes once we have mastered these ones!”

“A really enjoyable Thai Cooking experience. Jirapan was an excellent teacher, very friendly and knowledgable. We were made to feel very welcome in her home. We learnt so much and made some delicious Thai food. I would definitely recommend and look forward to recreating the recipes again at home.”

“Jirapan was great at scene setting and establishing the competencies of all the students. She made everybody comfortable and had the ability to match her teaching style to the different cooking abilities of the individuals. She made sure that the appropriate Covid precautions were followed. Street food menu of 3 dishes was just right for the 3 hour class. Most importantly she made it fun and my wife and I were party to a good group of people.”

“My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this class. Not only were we taught what to cook, but we were taught how to cook which made the difference when we were interpreting the recipe to our own taste. Jirapan is an amazing teacher, who encourages hands on learning and active participation throughout the class while keeping the mood fun and engaging. Ryan and I cannot recommend her enough and will hopefully return for more wonderful recipes!”

“10 out of 10! My husband and I really enjoyed our morning cooking class. Jirapan is a fantastic teacher, taking the time to explain the processes, flavours and textures of Thai cooking. We learnt a lot of new skills and will be returning again soon. The food was delicious!!! Thank you once again. We promise to keep increasing the chilli ratio!!!”

“Absolutely brilliant! My husband and I took part in a cooking course today with Paya Thai Cooking and both thoroughly enjoyed it. Jirapan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We had lots of "hands on" experience with guidance and demonstrations from Jirapan. We cooked the food from Menu A which was all incredibly delicious! We both not hesitate in recommending Paya Thai Cooking.”

“A great evening of cookery with Jirapan. I found it a good experience and very informative. The recipes are easy to execute once someone like Jirapan shows you how. What I liked in particular were the little tips of how to judge the quality of ingredients and how to get the best out of them. All in all a great evening of cookery which I am repeating next week.”

“I spent an amazing 3hrs learning how to do 3 gorgeous Thai dishes. Jirapan is a great teacher and not only walks you through each step but also shares hints and tips that is only learnt with a life time of experience. I would fully recommend any class with Jirapan and I intend to not only book some more classes for myself but also buy some as Christmas presents. Great fun, and so happy with the results”

“My partner and I had a thoroughly enjoyable session learning how to cook proper Thai food with Jirapan. My previous home efforts never quite had the flavour I knew those dishes should have, and I have fond memories of the authentic food served in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The session is thoroughly organised to the last detail, and Jirapan's enthusiasm and knowledge greatly add to the experience. Needless to say, the food tasted fantastic. A folder containing the recipes and also where to buy the proper ingredients - that, of course, make all the difference - is provided. Highly recommended.”
