“We had a private group on Saturday 26th June cooking spring rolls, sea bass with 3 flavour sauce and pad Thai. Jirapan, as always was very welcoming, friendly and an excellent teacher/chef. We have learnt new recipes and tips, along with enjoying the wonderful food last night. Thanks Jirapan, we will be back for a 3rd visit soon. Martin B”

“We had a lovely morning with Jirapan and two other ladies making three amazing Thai dishes. Everything was provided and Jirapan is a great teacher, explaining everything clearly and giving lots of tips about Thai cooking. I think we will be back and would highly recommend.”

“What a fantastic evening. Jirapan is such a professional in her teaching skills, knowledge and making it so interesting by incorporating insights into Thai life and ways of cooking and culture. The kitchen was immaculate and exceedingly Covid aware. The dishes were delicious and feel so inspired to try new things. I want to come back and do another course. Thank you SO very much.”

“A wonderful and enjoyable experience in the capable hands of Iripan with her highly-skilled tuition. The ambiance of her kitchen has the mark of a professional cook, and her attention to detail (both food-wise and reflecting the Covid19 rules) is to be congratulated. The three hours that we spent absorbing the techniques, aromas, flavours (and final products!) represented an awesome gourmet milestone that will never be forgotten. Kop khun krup, Nyoot (?)”

“This was a Xmas gift to my wife in 2019. Covid required this to be rebooked several times but on each occasion Jirapan was really helpful and flexible. We chose Thai Classics C. Each class is small (maximum number of attendees is 6) so there is a lot of individual attention and hands on activity. The instruction was excellent and Covid compliant. Jirapan is energetic and lively which made for a really good presentation. We learned a number of excellent tips in preparing our Thai dishes, and were able to bring our food home to try the next day. Highly recommended.”

“Thank you Jirapan for making this birthday treat so very special! I loved it all - not only was the class amazing, very well organised in a very safe covid setting, good fun with you and the other guests, but of course the food was incredible (so cool to bring the 3 dishes home) and thanks to your instructions and all your super useful tips, I am confident that I will be able to cook them again. Will use your shopping/ storing tips too. Am telling all our friends about you and have already hinted the dishes I would love to learn how to cook !! Catherine”

“Really loved it. Our chef host was friendly, lively and gave lots of tips as well as a good description of the ingredients and where to source them. She made us feel welcome, safe and well informed. Our dishes were just beautiful and I came away enthused with my meal for us to eat at home. I’ve discovered some secrets of Thai cooking I couldn’t have sussed out from a cookery book!”

“Everything was ready, laid out and anticipated! Loved every minute of it. Jiparan, was a life force, twirling around us and producing ingredients, plates and giving instructions. Clear, accurate and precise. She catered for each and every one of us. We all left with platefuls of our day's cooking and it felt sooo good. I would heartily recommend it.”

“I cannot think of a better way to spend an afternoon. Jirapan is simply the loveliest host. This was our second class and it was yet again incredible. It's wonderful to be able to learn from such an accomplished chef and learn how to make the dishes I so adore. Fresh, authentic ingredients and you get a folder with the recipes to take home. Also set up to be Covid safe. Time to book a third class!”

“Wonderful way to learn Thai Cooking My daughter (who is a great cook) and I (typical father who can not cook) attend the course with Jirapan, we both had a fun time together learnt how to make a green curry & pad Thai, including the curry paste to start with. Highly recommend and you get some great food to take home. Something you must do even if you are not into cooking! 5 stars! Martin”
