My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this class. Not only were we taught what to cook, but we were taught how to cook which made the difference when we were interpreting the recipe to our own taste. Jirapan is an amazing teacher, who encourages hands on learning and active participation throughout the class while keeping the mood fun and engaging. Ryan and I cannot recommend her enough and will hopefully return for more wonderful recipes!
