Jirapan was great at scene setting and establishing the competencies of all the students. She made everybody comfortable and had the ability to match her teaching style to the different cooking abilities of the individuals. She made sure that the appropriate Covid precautions were followed. Street food menu of 3 dishes was just right for the 3 hour class. Most importantly she made it fun and my wife and I were party to a good group of people.
