“I have done other Thai cooking classes but these classes are fantastic. They are small so you get a chance to be really hands on. Every class starts with a review and explanation of the ingredients, what they taste like, how to use them and the impact they have on each dish. All through the cooking lesson Jirapan explains what is happening and gives advice and peppers in anecdotes about Thailand and Thai food. I have done about 4 of her classes and will do more. They are great - you won't regret a cooking class with Jirapan.”

“Great experience in a lovely Thai family kitchen! I've learned how to cook delicious meals and the experience is so enjoyable! In the end we can all eat the food we cooked together. I would like to do another course in the future! Totally recommend.”

“It was an excellent days course and we got to eat it all at the end. The course not only taught how to cook the delicious recipes but also Thai technic for all the preparing of the food, which is everything as the cooking is fast and furious. The teachers attitude was very user friendly and a watching brief ensured nothing went wrong. The whole day was full of enthusiasm and encouragement. A very good day. Kind regards Glenn Kirby”

“I had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon which culminated in some of the best Thai Food I have ever tasted - and I cooked it!! The explanations were very clear and I would feel confident attempting to recreate it myself at home - I have even bought a pestle and mortar and Julienne peeler which I think will become good friends. Many thanks”

“The cooking class was excellent. Really well run in a professional and friendly manner. Any questions I had were answered and I felt like I really got a lot out of the experience. I’ve since tried the massaman at home and it was delicious! I would recommend this class to anyone who likes food and or cooking. You’ll be amazed how much you learn and it was a very sociable way to cook. Thanks for a great afternoon. Alan”

“For years I had wanted to take a Thai cooking class, and I'm so thankful that my girlfriend choose this one for my birthday present. The environment is warm, comforting and friendly. The instruction is explained well, and easily understood. Professionally taught, with superb looking recipe books to take home with you. The icing on the cake, is when you all sit down together at the end of the class, and dive into the delicious food that's been cooked. I highly recommend this class to anyone.”

“A brilliant class that we would highly recommend (and have). My favourite dishes all taught in one class, Jirapan is a wonderful, inspirational teacher. I have never considered myself a foodie, but her class was the first time that I felt that I could be passionate about cooking. I'm very tempted to do another class very soon! Book a class, you won't regret it!”
