“A fabulous cooking course! Professionally organised yet warmly welcoming in Jirapan's home. The group was very friendly and our engaging and knowledgeable hostess/instructor made sure everyone learned the basic techniques of Thai cuisine. Highly recommended. Marina.”

“What a fantastic class ! Personalised to your taste with easy to follow instructions, you will surprise yourself at the outstanding dishes you will be able to produce after just a few hours, all the dishes are authentic with fresh ingredients used, I would thoroughly recommend !”

“It was a fantastic course with delicious fresh food and Jan was a great teacher. A lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We learn a lot about the food as well as learning to cook new dishes. Great recipes that I can easily take home to cook again. I'd highly recommend to anyone who would like to cook tasty authentic Thai dishes!”

“Excellent classes, can't recommend them enough! Jan is very patient (especially for those like myself who are not very confident in the kitchen). The classes were really good fun, we learned a lot and ended up with some great dishes to eat. I have bought vouchers for family members and they also had a great experience.”
