“I have just had fitted Shutter blinds in my Dining Room and Lounge. They are fantastic. Helps to keep the sound of the road out and more importantly the warmth in. The service was excellent. Great team - Paul, Dawn and Andy - huge thank you!”

“Just recently had Horizontal blinds fitted to my caravan, look really good,very pleased. The whole process was easy, as once we phoned and booked for measure , Paul himself came out and measured , with hi knowledge we had Horizontal in the living/ dining area Blackout roller blinds in both bedrooms The Master bedroom has a bay window so we have 3 pull-down blinds which work well and really opens the bay up, as we had a curtain we pulled over before. Fitter Andy was very professional and a real nice guy, Lots of knowledge of the product he was fitting Price was reasonable as well, would definitely use again and passed on their details to other Caravans, one has also taken up their offer”

“We required shutters for 4 windows in our bungalow. Paul came along and measured up and gave us a quote which we accepted and paid a deposit. He was honest with how long we would have to wait until delivery. The delivery was spot on and Andy the fitter came and installed the shutters in a friendly and professional manner and must say they look brilliant and am extremely pleased with the way our order was dealt with throughout the order process.”

“Great service all round. Paul himself came to measure up and was very knowledgeable about all the products. He gave us great, pragmatic and practical advice about types of blind and different colours. The blinds were ready when expected and Andy, the fitter, did a lovely job. Very neat and gave advice about use and care. He also noticed a minor colour issue with the fabric affecting three of the blinds and took photos and details and three new blinds were ordered; the originals were left in situ while the new ones were made. No payment was expected until the replacements were fitted. The new blinds were fitted today and look great. The company’s attention to detail was fantastic and I would highly recommend them.”

“I have just used this company. I give it 5 stars as the fitter was first class at fitting and what a really nice guy Andy. So friendly &, good at what he does. Deserves a huge pay rise as he's out there dealing with the customers. Product good for the cheap price from China. Office staff friendly. Now unfortunately the managing director Paul James who first comes to your house was arrogant, only has a personality transplant when you order. The problem is he measured for a window. Didn't order it. NO APOLOGY for making a mistake. We would of been OK if he'd a apologised but instead not his fault & arrogant. So had to wait a total from when he first visited back in March until Nov 4th for the whole job to be totally finished. So glad I held back £1000 to make sure the job did get done. He has amazing staff just a shame Paul James let's the team down.”

“Paul came to measure, found him to be professional, courteous. The ordering process was without issues and also the fitting of our blinds in the kitchen and conservatory was to a very good standard by Andy the fitter. Even though a blind was not right for one of our doors, Paul James went above and beyond to ensure we had one that fitted properly, Andy called to remeasure as the first blind was made wrong size by workshop. During this process we had a new door fitted so the second blind had to be exchanged for a third to fit the new door. It was a good timescale from appointment to finish of fitting. Paul James offered us an exceptional service, we would not hesitate to recommend them. Andy is excellent fitter. Good service all round.”

“My wife and I wanted to have shutters installed, but initially found it confusing when what was best for our needs. Having visited a number of other companies, I found Paul James to be friendly and very competitively priced. They offered advice on the right type of shutter, saving us money in the process. Staff throughout have remained friendly and helpful. Our fitter was efficient and fitted our five windows very quickly. I am very pleased with the product and I have no hesitation in recommending Paul James Blinds.”

“I have used Paul James Blinds several times over the years and can't state enough how pleased I have been with their service and the quality of their products. Each member of the team is reliable and professional, and there is never any hard sell either, so if you want just 1 blind or 10 it is never a problem. The fitted blinds I have had installed have been of an excellent quality and represent very good value for money. I've recommended Paul James Blinds to many friends and family and everyone has been pleased with the service they've received over the years. It's been a pleasure to be be dealing with this great, small company and may they long continue to thrive!”

“We ordered some shutters from Paul James. Paul came to measure. He was very informative and professional. No hard sell or limited discounts from a ridiculous starting point, unlike some larger companies. Paul and Andy came to fit the shutters. They worked quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess. The shutters are beautiful - they make a surprising difference to the look of the room. They are easy to open and close. We find that they help to keep the room nice and warm in the winter. We have recommended Paul James to friends. Thank you for a great job.”

“NO PRESSURE SELLING, I kept the samples for 2 weeks while I dithered, and then.. My VISION BLINDS are fantastic! I was promised they'd reduce the glare on my computer screen- THEY DO. Promised no plastic components - all beautifully smooth metal- TICK Promised COMPLETE control on the light levels in my room- It's fun to adjust them. The happy surprise is how gorgeous they are, never expected a horizontal blind to be a feature. I haven't closed the curtains since the VISIONS were fitted. The website photos don't do them justice. I was a bit worried about gold and silver , but once up they are calming and neutral; creams, greys, beiges; and the window looks longer with the horizontal lines . Worth every penny. I smile every time I glance up . THANK YOU.”

“Friendly staff member came out within a couple of days of my phone call, measured up and gave me an immediate quote for the blinds in the type and colour I wanted there was also no problem in giving me a comparison quote as I was undecided on 2 styles and no pressure to make a decision there and then. I was then left to decide (No hard sell or follow up) and called in by phone to place my order and was only asked to pay a deposit, the blinds were then made to measure and then Paul himself came to fit within a fortnight on a day and time to suit me. At the same time as fitting/drilling was taking place the hoover was on to make sure no mess was made at all and all packaging was taken away when he left. Final payment was taken after fitting and making sure I was happy. All together a great service that I would definitely recommend to others.”
