We had blinds fitted by this company about 5 years ago at a cost of £3000. From the beginning we have had nothing but trouble with them. The company has been reluctant to deal with the problem as they were wrongly fitted from the start. The Roman blinds were fitted far too closely to the windows and handles. They were not fitted squarely.They have now refused to engage with us to refit (which we are willing to pay for ourselves). We have contacted another company to remedy the situation it will ill cost us a further £1250 to put right the issues. We are very reluctant to leave poor reviews to any establishment but the service and aftercare we received has been awful. They are unwilling to enter into dialogue with us and we made them aware from the beginning to our concerns. They have been back to us a number of times without putting the problem right.

I ordered and paid a deposit on shutters in August 2020. I was told the shutters would be fitted by the end of October, at the end of October I contacted the company to be told the shutters would be here end of November, end of Nov chased company to be told by shutters by Christmas, maybe early Jan 2021. Again contacted company end of January and told the Shutters were still on a ship from China that would be docking the first or second Monday in February and the company would call me with an update. First and second Monday been and gone, no update and no answer from company. Never any updates from company unless chased, never given correct information!!. Would now like my deposit back after almost six months of waiting but no reply? At the moment company does not even deserve the one star.

Hi they did our new house two years perfectly & we recently wanted some additional work done & we ordered 4 blinds for our roof windows. They did nothing but mess us around since ordering them in May & it’s September now. We couldn’t get a fitting date due to there van being broken down. We put up with the first excuse but when we complained a second time Paul James couldn’t have been more rude in just saying have your money back!! We have just got that back after chasing them for it. Great customer service that!! Wouldn’t recommend them again never!!!
