“The company was fairly good although I found that I had to chase on several occasions for updates with when the blinds would be ready. The products are fairly good although expensive for what they are. You can get exactly the same quality of blind for half the price if you order online. Fitting was good but again you are paying a premium for this.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We're pleased to hear that you are happy with your new blinds, but were disappointed to see the score you've given. We would like to note that your blinds were ordered after the Christmas cut off date and the blinds were received within the lead times quoted. We also fitted at the first possible opportunity for both yourself and us. We would add that whilst blinds can be bought online, this requires the customer to measure and fit the blinds on their own with minimal support. Our blinds are carefully made to measure and our service ensures that your blinds are measured and expertly fitted first time, taking the hassle out of fitting.
