“first time buying and sniper i got was way over the limit, took it back and the service was amazing, they asked me what I wanted it to run at and they sorted it! they'd get 5 star if it wasn't for the messing around and fuel loss but I would recommend to friends for sure!! brilliant team”

“We have bought from Patrol Base previously and the service was excellent. On this occasion, the gun ordered did not work and, at the time of writing, has been returned for repair - these things happen. The service has been excellent thus far and a good level of communication made re. status of repair.”

“Overall, Patrol Base is a solid store — good service and no major issues with orders. The only weird thing is that almost every time I buy something, the price drops shortly after. Maybe it’s just my bad luck 😅”

“Iv all ways found that the staff at patrol base to be very helpful. What iv found what let's you down is the delivery service. I ordered the ssp28 ,delivery date the day before Easter Friday only to get a text on the day to say it wouldn't be believed (not the first time) can't blame you for this .”

“Happy with purchase , but the delivery company was abit rubbish, received a time slot for only a whole day , no delivery card left when missed delivery , second attempt , driver didnt read deliver instructions so missed again, Third attempt luckly someone was in as it arrived earlier than time slot.”

“Very helpful. I had messed up my ukara entry, and then tried to update my ukara and still got it wrong. That said they had fast reaction in contacting me about the issue and found the correct ukara for me since my incompetency was evident. Would he 5/5 stars but there is no clear way to a email. Instead there's a request line that I found difficult to do but then again I'm an idiot xD Everything arrived very fast and in amazing condition. And met the specs on the website”

“Decent as always. Got a great deal on the price. Delivery speed is ok. Be nice if when you pay for the next day that you got it next day but handling time usually makes it more like 2 days before it arrives. But selection is great, pricing is usually decent and having been to the store a few times the staff are also great people.”
