“Good website, easy to use. Support team are super useful. Delivery could do some work as you pay extra for 1-2 day delivery and 8 times out of 10 it comes within 3-4 days (going off of the 4 orders I've made, only 1 has arrived within the 1-2 days).”

“first time buying and sniper i got was way over the limit, took it back and the service was amazing, they asked me what I wanted it to run at and they sorted it! they'd get 5 star if it wasn't for the messing around and fuel loss but I would recommend to friends for sure!! brilliant team”

“We have bought from Patrol Base previously and the service was excellent. On this occasion, the gun ordered did not work and, at the time of writing, has been returned for repair - these things happen. The service has been excellent thus far and a good level of communication made re. status of repair.”

“Overall, Patrol Base is a solid store — good service and no major issues with orders. The only weird thing is that almost every time I buy something, the price drops shortly after. Maybe it’s just my bad luck 😅”

“I personally like patrol base a lot, it’s customer service is great and the prices are fair and never had issues with patrol base itself but have had issues with the couriers they have chosen and with products I have bought from them”

“Iv all ways found that the staff at patrol base to be very helpful. What iv found what let's you down is the delivery service. I ordered the ssp28 ,delivery date the day before Easter Friday only to get a text on the day to say it wouldn't be believed (not the first time) can't blame you for this .”
