“I havent recived my item, emailed them, called them no answer, been 7 days, im still waiting for my item, all items came except 8Fields Tactical Buckle Up Recce/Sniper Chest Rig, what a joke, i recived a plate carrier instead which i returned to them via a QR code as soon as i recieved it. Not happy at all”

“I was misled by a Customer Service Rep by being given incorrect information at the onset, which led to my order not being fulfilled - this was forgivable because employees often may not know all the rules, they could be new or there could have been a genuine misunderstanding, etc. What is unforgiveable though was the lack of any kind of apology bearing in mind their upfront information was misleading. I will buy from Patrol Base in the future, however, I will be very wary of information given going forward.”

“Delivery was good the website is good prices are good but durability of the dessert eagle isn't great my son dropped the magazine and it's been loose and leaking has ever since and the m4 I bought for myself has only fired a handful of bbs and hasn't worked since... the motor works fine dosnt seemed to be blocked in any way but no bbs are registering through it and the dragon over sniper rifle has blocked a few times despite using the recommended size bbs”

“Nice looking gun but having problems with the bbs getting stuck in the barrel.. iv only shot it a few times spent more time unblocking it !!! Really not happy that I can’t use this gun!! Say 6m bb.. got 6 m bb and they get stuck in the barrel!!! Very bad first time experience”

“Ordered a couple of weeks ago, still hasn't arrived, delivery issues, spoke to PB and they were very apologetic, said they'll send a new one out immediately via a different courier on a next day delivery, as there seemed to be an issue with this particular delivery company, still haven't received the item, and that was last week. Really needed the item for an exhibition, now left in limbo... Quite disappointed as if I was going to order more in bulk if the item suited our needs.”

“Ordered plenty of rifs from here was just this order that left me disappointed as on game day the rif wouldn’t work but the return is currently being handled so other than that absolutely no complaints”

Hey there! I checked out your review, It's quite unusual we get any faults with this pistol, so I got in contact with Customer Services immediately and they've filled me in on what's been going on. Had a chat with Cal, he's let me know you've been called and a return has been booked in for you. Hopefully once you've had your repair / replacement you'll have another look at the review and update it to better represent the pistol! Hope this helps :) PatrolBase Jonny
