“The ordering process was great. The website is easy to navigate and the items Inordered have all been great. I’m removing one star due to paying the extra money for next day delivery. I did this well before the cut off time mentioned on the website but my order didn’t come till the following week. Apparently the courier had come and collected shipments about 5 hours early. However. Great service when I challenged this and I was refunded the shipping cost.”

“3 days delivery is standard, only part I dislike is that the two tone service is like 10+ days and it might just be me but I did get a half baked coating, definitely slighty rushed but doesn’t impact the gun so whatever 9/10 thank you - Sam”

“Patrol base is the best option for someone in the UK, mostly because a lot of different companies can't or won't ship to the UK, but in general Patrol Base is good, the shipping is way too expensive however, but the quality of the website/app and products are very good, I have been shopping here for 5 ish years (without an account).”

“Very good communication by email about my order; and the delivery time was even quicker than estimated which was brilliant. My only gripe is that the delivery cost I paid was equivalent to two thirds of the cost of the item I was purchasing, so not sure why delivery cost that much.”
