“First order was sold out, so reselected the colour and the order went through with out an issue. Item came well packaged and was as advertised. It's early days but the quality looks excellent.”

“Reliably get gear shipped to my remote-ish location with the week, and anything coming from european warehouse with 2 and a half weeks. Wide selection of gear but I've found some stuff I can get from the original supplier wheras its not in stock with patrol base. Shipping cost is a permament £25 (for me) which makes ordering even small items worthless until you want to order lots of stuff at the same time, and combining orders with friends.”

“Very good store. Sturdy enough airsoft guns, just a tad upset with some of the little things such as most of the paint on my two tone pistol coming off within 2 days, the switch between auto and semi auto is floppy and the gun misfires quite a lot. I have emailed and wrote to patrol base a few times but haven’t heard anything back for a few days. Other than that I’m decently happy with my order the 5000bb pellets for 7.99 is a bargain I feel as most of the time you can reuse a lot of the pellets if you care that much about saving money.”

“The delivery Tim did overall pretty good however expect it to be always a day later than anticipated - yet that’s not my CV of an issue. Te products themselves are for 99% of purchases really good and have lasted me years with minimal issues. Would recommend”

“Products great and quick customer service responses. One issue was it stated 6-10 working days until item dispatched (I ordered the two tone service). On the 12th day (a Wednesday) I had no update so I contacted patrol base via email as I had a skirmish on the Sunday and wanted to use the gun in the game. I got a reply the next day which was good and it stated my gun would be dispatched that day and with me on the Saturday. This news was great as it was perfect timing however the gun was not dispatched until the next day and the gun didn’t arrive until Monday which was disappointing. Overall everything else was great and I would definitely recommend.”

“I like that you have a large array of products Customer service over the phone has been good Online videos are insightful Product detail is probably the best out there. Order processing time is always lacking. I usually wait a maximum of 3 days from pretty much all other retailers unless stated otherwise but it's usually at least 5-7 days for frankly slightly spenny basic delivery service which is an offput for small orders. I only tend to order from PB for essential items If the price of postage came down and items got delivered quicker I might consider more often. I once had an order completely lost and had to ring up after the 'warehouse' item was 'in stock', just to find out my order was lost. Overall probably knocking on 3 month wait. Not the best from a (or if not THE) Airsoft 'giant'. This is close to being 5 stars if you sort it out. On the other hand, was very close to being 3.”
