“Very friendly atmosphere in store, with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Even with a minor delay in shipping, they provided excellent customer service and when the products arrived they were very well packaged and in excellent conditon. Would purchase again.”

“I was looking for information regarding what battery I should purchase so I used the chat. bot. I left my details 3 times but nobody got back to me. However, when I used their email address I got a response almost immediately and bought a new battery which arrived two days later.”

“Hard case was the cheapest one you could get as I am on a tight budget, it arrived in good time although it was taken to the office bookcupboard instead of my desired caravan as instructed. Communication could of been better by the courier service, but Hey Ho I got the parcel eventually. Overall, checking out the product it seems good for the price, although the sliding clips to close the case are a bit "fiddly" as they don't line up correctly. I will purchase products from you again and have saved you on my list. Thank you for your cooperation.”

“The received gbb pistol was great good quality paint job and works wonderfully. Although I had ordered a 70⁰ hop up rubber and received a 75⁰ rubber in its place, so i just installed that one instead. Unfortunate but not a tragedy.”
