“I must say I was pretty annoyed that it came with no instructions of how to assemble it and that the picture with labels wasn't even correct. I had to guess how to put it together. I haven't used it yet other than a quick try which it kept jamming up. I will see what its like when I give it to my son for Christmas”

“I actually called and spoke to customer service to cancel this order the day it was shipping. The man I spoke to said it was lucky as I called in as it was still in the warehouse waiting to be shipped, and that he’d cancel the order no problem. Great, thanks. Unfortunately the order turned up a day later on my doorstep, and no refund had been issued, no communication, no call back to let me know, no “sorry about this, we’ll sort it out”. Cut to getting shouted at for 40 mins by my wife for allegedly lying about cancelling the order, after it was delivered and received by her at the door. May as well keep it now, the damage has been done. Poor service, poor communication and detrimental to marriages.”
