“I ordered 5 cans of Nuprol 2.0 but turns out they had run out of stock. The customer service team promptly told me, and then offered to exchange it for 5 cans of Vorsk V6 (slightly more expensive) at no extra cost. I received my order on time and the products were packaged well. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Ordered a RIF and some other bits on friday expecting them to arrive following week had it turn up the next day on saturday very fast next day postage even if its friday looking foward to game day on sunday now with my new toys :)”

“Nothing went wrong, delivery was swift, so i never had to deal with customer service so i can't comment on them. DX do seem like a better company than DPD, and the fact Patrolbase have changed delivery comapny at least shows that they are actively addressing delivery issues.”
