“Very happy with my order and customer service. The original gun I ordered wasn't in stock but with a quick and easy phone call they changed it to one I liked ( turned out to be a better model) And was delivered the day it was supposed to be here. Will defiantly be ordering from them again. Thanks guys!”

“I've found them when started getting interested in airsoft. Wide range of products for any budget( either pick your own or choose from their selection of bundles), interesting and informative videos on their YouTube channel. Most of my gear I've purchased from Patrol Base. Started with pretty basic two tone M4/AR15 and went from there to building up my whole set up. Few other items I got of Amazon. Recently purchased my first sidearm (electric) and second rifle(electric, waiting for delivery) after getting my ukara. I can honestly recommend them to airsoft enthusiasts.”

“Always excellent service over the last four years ive purchased a variety of rifs including a large portion of boneyard goods always had them next day or the day after and saved a few quid would recommend them as my go to airsoft supplyer.”

“Recently purchased an AGM MP40 from Patrol Base. Customer service was excellent. I called ahead and asked several questions regarding the MP40 and other items, all of which were answered and informed my purchase. Delivery was a week sooner than predicted, which was fantastic. Product itself is great, although I was disappointed to find out the charging handle is not spring-loaded and does not spring forward. It also only charged half the distance, so use as a replica vs a blank firing is not great. Patrol Base service was amazing, but slightly disappointed about charging handle, but on a deeper look at the images provided it is obvious this was the case.”

“I purchased a Bolee tactical glasses, only to find out while trying it out that it doesn't fit right into the contour of my face so I decided right there and then that I would return it but will be keeping the other two items i bought from them. As per instruction, i emailed them about it and they replied rather quickly that I could return it as long as its unused and in resaleable package. Also mentioned that it compromises my safety. So i wrapped the item ever carefully and sent it via recorded mail as per advised. To my horror, after a few days they emailed me and said theyre sending it back to me becuae they cannot received an unwanted item return because they are unsure if it was used or not. They could have checked from the day it was delivered and from the day i contacted them to let them know of my intention to return the item that i dont have the chance to have used it in any game whatsoever.. And besides if its their policy not to accept glasses as return, why would they asked me to send it back to them in the first place. And now I have spent money for a recorded mail when in fact had they made it clear about their policy, I wouldnt have bothered to return the item. So to other customers, let my experienced be a warning and a quick reminder to all Dont buy any item if your unsure of the size and shape of your desired items, because Patrolbase will turn to their book of tricks so they can keep your hard earned money.”
