“I needed a 1:1250 scaled plan of my home and surrounding area for a local authority planning application. “This was brilliant, very fast and easy to use. It saved our probate sale of an unregistered property (despite having the deeds!) from a serious delay and potentially hundreds of pounds to commission a company to measure and define the boundary. I noted that buyaplan is a partner of the Land Registry and so was acceptable. Highly recommend this simple, fast, immediate service when appropriate. Thank you.”
