“Waited too long for pick up - was only myself to pickup . Waited 40 mins . Then needed to pay an extra £5 due to new fee being charged at the aurport . The card machine wasn’t working - had to rummage round in luggage for 10 mins to find £5 as they weren’t letting it go!

“When coming in, service was good and instructions were clear, we were dropped off by their van. However when coming back we were told to call them when we landed so they could pick us up. They were late by 45 mins and then told us they had been past the pick up point and we weren’t there, when we clearly was waiting in the correct spot. They lied because they were late and were dropping other passengers. They clearly lied and I found that really poor service on their part. Won’t be using them again.”

“There web site states they have a shuttle bus, they dont. They stopped it because the short stay car park has gon up to £5. They should take this off there web site because it is not true.”

“Not much point in reviewing Parking Up as they are only a broker and, if you have any issues with the parking they arrange, your contract is with the parking company not Parking Up, so they are no help and you have no recourse to Parking Up.
We used Parking Up to arrange parking with Imagine at Liverpool Airport. When we returned home we found the car was scratched but Imagine were fairly blase promising but not looking at their CCTV and advised us to T-Cut the paintwork. Never again!”

“Very hard to find. Minibus to airport seemed to be very old. Had no steps to gain access. Which is not easy for people in their 70s. Dropped off short of airport, then informed to get dropped off closer would cost a £5. This should have been stated clearly when booking, not in small print of email confirmation. Not a happy bunny.”

“Going to the airport was fine. Pick up was terrible. Told us to wait where we were dropped off then called to say they were about 600 yards away or else they would have to pay to get through barrier. We were willing to pay but not given the option. Driver was then rude saying he was in a rush and drove back like a nutter. Not impressed!!!”

Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear this. I've looked into this with the car park and they had a couple of drivers call in sick on that shift so were slightly on the back foot. We apologise for the slight delay that you occurred.
“I have used In2many times without any problems but this time they let us down badly. A 20 minute flight from IOM and we had to wait an hour and 20 minutes to be picked up. I don’t class “we are very busy” as an appropriate excuse. Sorry but will be looking elsewhere in the future.”
