Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear this. I've looked into this with the car park and they had a couple of drivers call in sick on that shift so were slightly on the back foot, I apologise about this. Normally, you would not be waiting at all, like how your outward journey was.
“There were two many passengers for the van so had to sit in the back with the bags . When I arrived back waited over 20min to be picked up . This was after 2 phone calls”
