“First time using the car park. Simply the cheapest and best around. Only 5 min walk to terminal. Dropped car off, the attendant was very friendly. We decided to change our flights and stay longer. I rang them to change length of car parking stay. Again attendant very helpful. Will def make this car park my choice for future flights.”
“A very easy way to park up at Liverpool airport. Only 5 minutes from the airport. Just dropped your keys in the office and within 10 minutes you are in the airport. Same on the return just give them a call and we were back to our car and on our way home. Great service. Many thanks.”
“Didn't have any problems when departured from Liverpool, car park easily and transfer was quick and efficient. Problem arised when arrived, I had to leave children alone in airport car park! Go and take my car and drive back to the airport to pick up children and luggage . Woman was very unprofessional, shouting and unpolite. Said :you paid just for car parking, shuffle is free! Won't use again”

“Very friendly staff but my flight was late so once landed. Informed them I was on way to pick up point they never arrived till 40 mins later .. weather was ok that day but if was raining after coming back from hot country we have got unwell but overall defo worth using”
“I paid for a Meet and Greet service only to find, on the day when telephoning them to arrange a meeting time, that Imagine ask you to drop off and collect the car in the Short Stay Car Park. This was fine, on the face of it, but I was then told by their operative that I would need to pay the £5 charge to let him out of the Car Park. When the car was dropped off, I had to pay my own exit from the same car park. Not as advertised!”
Thanks for your feedback. This should not be the case. We will be speaking to Imagine about this as they pay the exit charge for them getting your car out of the car park. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused on this occasion.
