“I was late! I didn't realise it was a meet and greet 'booking' as the confirmation said to call 20 mins before so assumed it was just between the times. But everything was sorted for me even though the mistake was mine! I was travelling on my own and didn't really know my way to the airport. So thankyou, the gentleman still came and collected my car and for that I'm very grateful.
