“Although I had a litle trouble finding the premises after following the sat nav, I found it with the help of local workers from nearby who had a good knowledge of the area. When we arrived,the staff wer helpful and they had us on our way in no time We were delivered to the airport as was arranged . On return from holiday I made a brief call to Parking Up and within minutes the transfer was there. Very pleased with the service. We will always use Parking Up in future.”

Thanks for the feedback. You shouldn't have been waiting that long, sadly sometimes many flights land together and can put pressure on the transfer busses. We will speak to the car park regarding this though.

“Car was outside when we arrived back. Both front seats had been repositioned and also driving mirror changed . Which leaves me to belief my car had been driven off site . Not the sort of service I had come to expect.”

Thanks for your feedback. As we have been discussing on email, we looked into this with Liverpool Airport and you left the car park 24 hours after the time you should have, that is why the airport charged you an additional amount on your exit.
“Everything was well delivered, except the collection of passengers after landing in the early hours of the morning of 13 June. There were around 20+ people and their luggage waiting to be taken back to the car park, yet there was only one vehicle available which had to travel back and forth. The driver said that another driver had not turned up. Not very professional !”
