“The service you run is brilliant when it works. We had no trouble leaving our vehicle and getting to the airport but, coming back was a different story. I rang as soon as we landed. Transport arrived quickly but, only one vehicle and there were around 20 people waiting. This meant we had to wait for the transport to take the first lot of people to the carpark and then come back for the next lot, it was cold as it was 2.30am. Maybe if you know you have quite a few people who need the transport at the same time you should invest in more vehicles so that people arnt waiting around in the cold early hours in the morning. Apart from this , it is a fantastic service.”
“When we arrived we were not met at the airport but told that the service wasn’t available that night and to take the car to the office and we’d need to walk to the airport - with three heavy bags. I think some type of refund should be given due to it not being a meet and greet service.”

“Drop off was quick and easy (remember to take £5 cash for the airport drop off charge) pick up on landing was a 10 minute wait as several flights landed at the same time. No problems, would recommend for cheap parking at Liverpool airport”
