“Very good going left car no problem and transfer to airport was already there so no waiting around. Coming back was a different story, phoned up to let them know we had arrived back but no one answered. So we made our way to pick up point to find a long queue and only 2 drivers working. We ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes in the cold & rain to be taken to our car.”
“I rang at 3am after I'd collected my luggage & before walking to the pickup point. I had to call again at 3.25 as I was still waiting for the vehicle to arrive! It came a few minutes later...I was not expecting to have to wait that long to be picked up.”
“Couldn’t fault this service on the way out, very accommodating with having a baby with us. On the way home very different story RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, POOR TIMEKEEPING then drove like an idiot with a baby on the bus with no car seat!!! Threatened to kick us off, seems this is a recurring issue as I’ve read other reviews. Telling us they don’t collect inside the airport yet on my email says can pay ÂŁ4 to be collected inside… if your running a business a providing a service a little more professionalism is NEEDED!!!”
