“Absolutely fabulous service from ParcelDirect this week. My very large 27kg parcel was picked up from my home in Dublin at midday on 8th November and was delivered in the UK at just before 9am on 9th November - so just 21 hours later. I was completely amazed at the speed of the whole operation. It was really superb service. I got an email informing me of the delivery, with an option to download a receipt with details of the recipient. I would have no hesitation in recommending ParcelDirect to anyone who wants to speedily ship their items. The cost was surprisingly low and the item arrived in top class condition. It’s definitely a very trustworthy service. Many thanks to this brilliant new company. I will definitely come back again.”

“I use parcel services regularly. I check the prices regularly from any and all providers - and keep coming back time and again to ParcelDirect for the best prices. Deliveries have a lot of moving parts and it only takes one little thing to cause a delay. It happened once with ParcelDirect and as with most things in life, you find out whom you are dealing with when they do. They were apologetic, quick, courteous and most of all helpful when sorting out my issue by e-mail with a live person. The customer service alone is worth coming back for as opposed to what has felt like banging my head against a wall of automated bots from other providers. Don't take my word for it - try it yourself!”
