“The website is very user friendly. I requested a collection at 9:30am and by 2pm the same day my parcel was collected. Excellent service so far.”

“Fantastic service I paid extra for express delivery my parcel was collected at 4pm Irish time arrived in Vancouver Canada by 6pm next day Irish time couldn't believe it. Customer service team are very helpful as well. Would highly recommend parcel direct”

“Excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Non standard size package collected from my house in Dublin at 10.30 a.m on 31st July 2019 by a polite and efficient courier. It was delivered to its destination in Kilkenny by 11.40 a.m on 1st August 2019. Would use again and will recommend to others.”
