“Was instructed to drop a parcel at a collection point but they refused to take it. Had to wait two days for the parcel to be collected. No sign of delivery to UK yet after 8 days. On post delivered the same in 5 days”

“People, please don't touch them. I entrusted a package containing the Title Deeds for a property addressed to our solicitor in the UK and chose an expensive 1-2 days service via UPS. The package is now lost and Parcel Direct have absolutely no interest in finding it. They say it could take up to 24 hours to get a response from UPS..??? You can do this yourself. Shambolic. Irreplaceable documents & a serious situation & they couldn't care less.”
