“If you happen to be a very occasional sender of parcels, then the service provided by Parcel Direct turns what is potentially a very stressful experience into a simple to navigate stress-free process. This is the result of a logical and well-laid-out website, with all the necessary advice for each stage. I would not consider sending a parcel in the future without Parcel Direct.”

“I look through a few delivery companies to send a parcel back to amazon. Parcel direct was probably the easiest to use and straight forward. Drop the parcel off to the nearest drop off, ie filling station and on route the next day. Sent me a email the second it was pick up.”

“A family member left her phone and iPad behind her on her return to the UK following a visit to Ireland. Needing her phone for work, she asked that I send the items to her as speedily as possible. A search on Google suggested Parcel Direct as an excellent option due primarily to the delivery times to the UK via their Premium service but also due to their highly competive price, which, compared to the major competitors they were very attractively priced. On line shipping instructions were crystal clear, drop off/collection/delivery all completed within the guaranteed 24 hour deadline. Excellent service. Did exactly as it said on the tin.”

“Great service, user friendly. My only feedback would be for all delivery companies to become paper/ printer free. The most hassle sending anything back in a WFH world is finding a printer. Sticker labels at. Drop off points would be amazing.”
