“Fantastic service. Booked collection of my packet online, printed off the labels on my home printer and attached as shown on the email. Courier picked it up on the afternoon of 18th May and it was delivered as forecast on the morning of 21st May. That was Carlow, Ireland to Lantau, Hong Kong plus delivered 7 hours ahead of target.....well done and 5 star service.”

“The cost of the delivery was the most competitive I could find, but what was best was the customer service that was provided. The carrier I chose, GLS, had some issues, but the people at Parcel Direct were excellent at following up and ensuring that I was informed as to what was happening and that the parcel was collected correctly by GLS. I felt that they were doing their utmost to ensure that my worries were allayed. I would recommend them to friends and colleagues.”

“This is my “Go To” site anytime I need to ship abroad, be it UK or Germany, large or heavy parcels, it’s not a problem. Everything is at your fingertips, quotes from all the leading couriers are shown, so you decide which carrier and price you want with the added security of insuring your item for a small sum more.
