“Superb service. I usually use the postal service to post items to loved ones in Canada but it can take two months and it does cost too much for that length of time. I sent a parcel with FedEx via Parcel Direct and couldn’t recommend them more. Parcel arrived in 5 days and I was able to track it the whole way. Well worth it.”

“This Collection and Delivery was absolutely seamless. Parcel collected at my home on 9th November and Delivered Alberta Canada 0n 16th. I cannot praise Parcel Direct enough. Well done. The tracking system was easy to follow and extremely informative. This is an excellent service and good value. 5/5 stars”

“Very pleased with ParcelDirect.ie, the service is outstanding, very easy to order online and get packaging labels. Courier came and picked up the parcel on the day as agreed. My brother received the package promptly. Will definitely use ParcelDirect again and recommend to everyone. What a great service, from my laptop to delivery was so easy and quick. “To whom it may concern, It gives me great pleasure to respond to your request. I needed to send three boxes of clothes and personal effects to my daughter in Geneva and contacted your service. From the very first phone call of five - I must have driven your staff crazy with my questions, I had nothing but courtesy from both Ruth and Michael. They were so patient and helpful to a non-techie old woman that I cannot speak highly enough of them. I will always recommend Parcel Direct to anyone I know that needs a courier service. The icing on the cake is that the boxes were collected here yesterday afternoon at 4.30 pm and my daughter was expecting them to arrive before the weekend. However, she rang me this morning at 9 o'clock to say that they had actually arrived in her apartment! Door to door in sixteen hours - what an amazing service.
