“As a mam of a son living in OZ i have had to send many parcels over the last 3 and a half years. I found from first contact on the phone ( not many companys will talk to you on the phone) to collection the guys were brilliant. Thank you so much for a fantastic service. “Parcel Direct is a great, simple service. It allows you to compare delivery companies and chose my preferred one. I booked a parcel to be collected and it was delivered 2 days after the booking. It is very convenient as I didn't have to drop off the parcel to a post office. I will be using them again. Thank you”
