“Parcel Direct were much more helpful than other shipping companies that I've used in the past. Even the company that I actually shipped my stuff with them were not as helpful on other occassions the phone as ParcelDirect.ie are. I phoned three times with quick issues that took seconds to resolve. I will always recommend them to my entourage as there is a wide choice of services and insurance possibilities at a one stop shop.”

“Have always used parcel motel for deliveries outside of ireland. They are by far the most competitively priced and their customer support are great. I had one issue regarding a parcel and it was dealt with efficiently. I could reccomend the service enough”

“ParcelDirect.ie made the whole process of send birthday presents to my niece so easy for me! The website worked really quickly to return the quotes from multiple carriers, with a layout that was easy to follow and understand, printing of the shipping label was uncomplicated with clear instructions given, and the carrier picked up and delivered my parcel at the designated times. When I called ParcelDirect.ie to make an enquiry prior to pick up they were efficient, friendly and helpful. This was a fantastically reliable process and I will definitely use again.”
