“DELIGHTED WITH THIS SERVICE, DELIVERY DRIVER WAS CHEERFUL, POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED WITHIN THE TIMELINE PROMISED. VERY EFFICIENT, WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.”

“I waited in for my parcel to be collected on a Friday and nobody showed or made contact. I was aware from the website that parcel deliveries were being delayed but no mention of collections. Customer services emailed in response to my email on the Monday and apologized . The collection man said he was informed to collect the parcel on Monday whereas the customer services were holding the collection company responsible because they hadn't arrived when they should. On the plus side, I did get an apology and my parcel arrived in Belgium quite quickly.”

“You provide a fantastic service, from door to door. I sent my parcel to Kent England on Tuesday and they got it on Friday. It was in perfect condition and it was very fragile. So yes I will be using your service again and again. Thank you.”

“I was thrilled with their service.The parcels were much cheaper to send to the UK than all other companies.They collected them on time and the driver was really friendly and polite.My sisters got their parcels just 3 days later and in perfect condition.I am already recomending this company to all of my friends and work collegues for all their christmas parcels.”
