“I researched for ages to get a parcel to the UK (amazon) which was heavy and the cost was 75% of the value of the item! Ridiculous. Parcel direct did it effortlessly for 20% of the cost of the item. No brainer. On the day of collection I had to nip out, I left the parcel on my porch with a note but thought they'd probably say they couldn't take it, but they did and left the receipt so I'd know. Sensible and no fuss. I'll definitely use this company for all my shipping.”
