“Had my order delivered late and left in the rain by the courier (after staying back and waiting, with a sign on the door giving instructions to the late driver, he managed to chuck it on the floor and ignoring my sign) Ordered 200 wine bags; received half of it (100) on the first damned delivery; 37 bags delivered yesterday and hopefully the rest to come sometime next week… Someone on the first call was not very helpful and apologised like a British person (arrogantly) Second call was better dealt with. But no compensation offered! I’m looking to appoint a supplier to do our logo in shopping bags. Was going to do this after Xmas period. At this stage I will not contact the paper bag company for this”
