Have taken off 1 star as DPD delivery driver didn't follow instructions of leaving package in safe place, which is no fault of Paper Bag Co, but I am rating on overall experience. “We are pleased with the jute bags, to be yet used, and would give a higher rating on Paper Bag Co. product. Our issue is with lack of delivery information and poor courier performance. Firstly, the deliver information is not updated by Paper Bag Company so it is difficult to plan for delivery. There was no information from the courier. Secondly, the delivery courier declined to use our front door bell, knocking instead which is hard to hear. Luckily I was near the delivery door but had to call the courier back for delivery.
