“We have used the Paper Bag Co a few times now and always receive top quality customer service. Their products are great and work perfectly for us at trade shows. Lastly to mention their speedy turn around times, I ordered and paid on Wednesday and I had a dispatch notification on the Friday! Great service, thank you.”

“Product was fine but next business day delivery ended up being the following business day and parcel barely arrived in time for when needed. This caused great stress and inconvenience to the event organisers who needed the items delivered when expected. Given the cost of delivery was as much as the items ordered this was extremely disappointing. This may have been the fault of the courier than Paper Bag Co and not reflective of their service but ultimately their chosen provider for delivery has let them down on this occasion.”

Despite it being my mistake Kimberley, in the admin department, responded quickly to my email and re-sent my order, via next day delivery, and so I will have it before Christmas.
