“Very good service, would definately use again. My only concern was that as I did not opt and pay for more specific time frame, that there is no pre contact from driver. In future will use the option. Thank you”

Thanks Amber, we really appreciate your review! Just to give you some insight - our vehicles go out full of deliveries in the morning and return full of collections twice a day. If your pallet hasn’t been collected by around 1pm, it’s likely to be on the second run which is usually between 3pm and 5pm, but this can vary depending on the route that day. If you ever need a clearer collection window, a pre-3pm collection (they try to collect in the morning when using this, but 3pm latest) at checkout is the best way to secure that. “Excellent service. Pallet online dealt with most of the Red tape for sending to Ireland From UK. Picked up and delivered as promised. Very helpfull and easy to use online portal. Definitely recomended by Redwood (Scotland) Ltd, (Redwood Refrigeration).”
