“This is for the 2nd Pallet I have sent to a UK offshore address, and in both instances Pallethub have been excellent. They offered the best price for both consignments but gave full tracking, arrived when the said they would and delivered on time or early. You can't ask for more than that in a pallet delivery company, very happy with them and will be using them again.”

“Having spend 3 weeks being messed around by Shipleys couriers, I stumbled across Pallethub. They collected a 60kg leather chair, wrapped and provided the pallet and delivered next day for far less than I'd been quoted by Shipleys 'no show' couriers! They were absolutely fantastic. My only criticism is they collected the chair 2 days earlier than requested, but fortunately the seller happened to be available. Will definitely use again”

“The website was easy to use and reasonably clear. When my pallet was not collected as I expected I looked back into the website and in the small print found that "next day" only applied to business addresses and not residential. I run a small business so from my point of view I am a business address but it is a residential home as well. Its a little difficult to understand how Pallethub differentiate between the two and this could have been made more clear during the ordering process. Apart from that small glitch everything else ran very smoothly with the collection and the delivery and the prices are good! I will use the service again. Thanks Lynn Clark Materian Limited”

“Very helpful staff that I spoke to and order collected and delivered exactly as stated. The only wee glitch was that I was unable to track it. I did however phone the staff who were immediately able to tell me where it was. Really good service Well done. Ron McGilp”

“As a first time user I found the order web page confusing, had to ring Mansfield to get advice, it didn't seem logical to click half a pallet, my parcel was 1.4 mtr long. The tracking was excellent, didn't understand all the terminology but gleamed enough information to know where my parcel was. The delivery driver was excellent, nothing was to much trouble, he even put it in the garage for me. Finally the cost was very competitive, I had been quoted £120 by " a man with a van " and he wanted it dismantling.”
