“Totally disappointed with this company, I bought a Belstaff brand sweater and I had to pay almost €30 for customs expenses, when at the time of payment I was never warned of possible additional expenses like these, that way I don't I would have bought it, a nasty surprise.”

“Absolute joke of a company £4 delivery and then £4 to refund. Sizing of the item was not clear looked like it was XL when it was 6XL - so it appears as Lacoste size 6 XL.. Will never use again”

“very bad and horrible experience, I don’t recommend your website and customer services are bad and rude , they didn’t fix the problem , doesn’t taking it seriously (sticks with one method) Why don’t you fix your mistake to earn your customers loyalty and to make them feel you take care of them ! “Order in process of being returned. Stitching on button & logo(Ralph Lauren) had been pulled and looked untidy which isn't great for an £80 polo shirt. Only issue with the return is I will lose the postage amount again sending it back.”

“The item I received had no tags, looked worn. I emailed a complaint immediately, got no response. Returned item immediately. Only positive is I got an immediate refund. Still waiting for an apology though.”
