“A great experience for my daughter. Excellent learning experience coupled with very positive environment. Culture starts with leadership and quality of teachers and organisers. This was outstanding. Great mix of students who all came with a desire to learn and develop. I highly recommend Oxford Royale.”

“Thank you very much for communication and cooperation. Students really liked the courses. As for me like an agent there was difficulties in communication about transfer. Situation about departure organization was really nervous. I believe that next time detailed instructions will be correct.”

“It seems that the income level of the students’ family is quite high, but there is no big problem to be friends with them during the program. The students were quite unique, and there were many students who had experiences that no one else had ever had. I could spend precious days!”

“It was an amazing experience, I got to meet so many people from all over the world and made such great friends and learnt so much from them. The course as well was academically challenging but inspiring and motivated me more to pursue law. I also liked the fun activities and the amount of time we had to bond with others and meet great people.”

“Great experience! Counselours were amazing and accomodated every mental and physical need that the students had. Classes were educational and the teachers made them super interesting - if you work hard, it's easy to get an A*. The medicine course was amazing, with tours of facilities and history taking, along with an exam and an essay. Free time was amazing; up to three hours of free time on normal days, and on Saturday, we were able to walk around Oxford all day! Extra tours and activities were also quite fun. Ian and Javier (camp directors of Oxford Royale 2024) truly cared about your well being and safety. I wholly recommend this camp, even at the slightly steep price. The two week program is amazing and a must have for the worldy student. Myself and others recommend 100%, and I've made long-lasting friends at Oxford Royale.”

“I was in the law and politics course and I enjoyed it. Everyone was nice and friendly and the teacher was fantastic, we learned a lot with her and felt confident enough to speak and ask questions or give opinions. She helped us understand what it is to think like a lawyer and guided us to a clearer idea of what we want to do in the future. Overall all the staff was nice, they were there for anything we needed and were always really friendly. The food was good, of course, it wasn't Micheline star but considering it was school lunch I enjoyed it. Although we didn't get any lunch, which was one of my negatives, the breakfast was big and the dinners varied. In my opinion, this course was amazing but it was also lacking organization. A lot of the time activities would change, or gatherings would start late and sometimes we weren't sure what was going on and neither was the staff. Maybe next time setting up something like a google classroom for announcements could work so that everyone is informed on what is going on and if there are any updates. My last comment would be that the wifi was really bad there, you could only connect with one device and every few hours you had to log back in.”

“This year it was quite disorganised and we weren't allowed to leave campus for some reason. The staff were really nice though. The activities could've been better and the food was really bad. On the first day I expected there would be at least some icebreakers and getting with classmates so we could get acquainted but there was none of that and instead it was really messy. Curfew is quite early too in my opinion. The programme is quite weak with the whole exhibition thing and on Sunday there's really nothing to do since there's no excursion or anything so we could've had something else replacing it. The teachers were great though and were very engaging.”

Your suggestion for more icebreakers and opportunities to get acquainted with classmates is valuable, and we will ensure that is taken onboard. Students attending programmes at all our locations, apart from Yale, are able to leave campus during their designated free time. In order to comply with local state policies, students studying at our Yale campus, however, are only permitted to leave campus with a member of staff. This policy is made clear when students book, however, we are sorry to hear that you were left disappointed. “The course was good, though also a bit stressful sometimes. I wish we had more chances to get to know the other people (many came with their friend groups and so they did not really bother to make other friends). And also sometimes you don’t even know how to approach people. I also wished we had more chances for activities as some (like watching football) were not really useful. I wish there were more activities to explore the city.”

“I really loved the freedom I had, the friends I made, the parties, the rigourous education, and so much more. I learned alot in these 2 weeks. This program helped me to realise medicine is the right career path for me.”

“(I went to Yale with OR) I was really fond of the campus and the activities organised by OR. My teacher was amazing and the law class was incredible interesting. I do however believe that when you’re 16 or older you should be able to go outside of the campus on your own, we could only go during the “town time” activity and we had to be in a group of 8 and get a counsellor to join us.”

“Oxford Royale is an amazing institution with the great ability of easily entertaining the students who dedicated their minds to learning more. My course was related to engineering, so we made many physical projects, including learning about aerodynamics, bridges, engines, as well as how engineers projected the Burj Khalifa. Besides the amazing classes with top of the line teachers and speeches with AI experts, we had many other forms of entertainment, including field days and walking around London to explore different museums and POIs. It’s 100% worth it, especially in London with the best staff (best wishes to Mr. Lee Barister) and extremely helpful campus counselors. Hope this message is read by the organizers.”
