“I needed a fast turnaround on a bespoke order. The customer service was excellent promising to fast track our order and complete within 3 working days. The cabinet was delivered early to our site in Southampton. Great Service!”

“After researching Server Cabinet sources I came across Orion. My requirement was rather “off book”. We wanted a large 48U cabinet with a chimney fabricated to plug in our air extraction system, the second requirement was to make one cabinet suitable to run our inverter rig, so we required a higher thickness of steel. From the first contact with Liam this was not an issue, I was quickly speaking with Neil (a very patient man) Orion’s CAD designer, who had CAD drawings of our requirements the same day. Once we placed the order Orion’s own delivery driver arrived with both cabinets in hand the following week. From concept to delivery was fast, very fast. I have worked with many cabinets in the past and have many scares to go with it… Orion’s racks are the best I have seen (no scared from theirs), well finished and well-constructed. Liam, please pass my thanks on to your team again. Regards Colin.”

“Sales support were very helpful in advising me on how to configure my 18U rack which was to use with audio and computer equipment in my music studio. The rack arrived as requested and was delivered by Orion themselves. I unpacked the rack and fitted the shelves with no problems and load the equipment into the track without any issue. The quality of the product is very good. I have no reservations in recommending the rack to others. In my daytime job I headed up a large IT organisation and the Orion rack compares very well with other racks we used in our data centre and is very good value for money.”

“I'm extremely impressed with Orion/Rack Servers. Their delivery is very fast, and when it's a large item, the delivery is free. The pricing of the server cabinets are very reasonable, compared to other makes, and still feel quality. I'd definitely recommend giving them a go, and I'm sure I will be a repeat customer when my needs further increase!”

“Orion were very quick to reply to the order and the order was received exactly as they said it would be. . The product is of excellent quality, both in material and build. Should I need a similar product again, I would not hesitate to go back to them. The only downside, which is not product related at all, was their message about their policy if the product was unable to be delivered which came across in a quite brusque and uncompromising tone, but this is a very simple fix. I would recommend them.”

“I ordered a large cabinet which also needed modification work (holes cutting and drilling) to accommodate some fascia plates I needed fitted to the unit. Orion did all the work for me, it was a fantastic service, very quick and reasonably priced, got delivered completely ready to use in no time. Great customer service and would highly recommend this company.”
