“Really enjoyed the courses. I liked the quizzes as they reinforced what was being taught. Would recommend them, also the prices you can't really grumble about makes them affordable.”

“The majority of the course was good, however, one question that was marked as the wrong answer concerning tribunal representation, my answer was correct and the markers were wrong. Any person can represent somebody else at an employment tribunal, it does not have to be a solicitor, this I know is factual because I have represented on a number of occasions and I am not a solicitor. This must be resolved. Other than that, it was quite good.”

“I ordered a certificate for my Conflict management course on the 5th of August, and I was told that my certificate would be with me in 3 days, well today is the 10th of August and I am yet to receive my certificate. I have worked extremely hard to achieve this award. If you check your records I have already completed 10 courses with you in the last year and every time I have ordered a certificate, all the certificates have arrived within 3 days as promised. This time unfortunately you have let me down. I was keen to take this certificate into work and add it to my CPD portfolio. I really do hope that it arrives soon. Yours Yvonne Finnen.”

“Furthered my knowledge and how information is retained and examined. Easy to read and follow and the questions at the end of each module helped retain what what learnt. I now feel more insightful and pleased to of continued to the very end when 50 questions in 60 minutes as a final test came to fruition. I look forward to broadening my horizons with further courses with some in mind already.”
