“It was the most incredible and amazing course i did , very easy to understand and precise in explanations on the subjects I love learning about new things and because I work in a care home it was a very good opportunity for me doing this course and learn with it. thanks for everything.”

“The questions were very lengthly and badly worded. They were hard to interpret and did not feature the key information from the later modules. I felt that you could have done most of the course by just reading the first few.”

“Good course presentation and nice to go at your own pace, but could do with a download option for course slides content, so that you can continue to study / look back when not logged into the internet or need to refresh your memory in a few months / years time after you did the course. I did ask the support line, but didn't get a reply. Good price for the course, just a pity the "sale end date" keeps changing as the current date changes, suggesting that the sale price is the actual price and no saving is actually made. Contact details could be better when you're logged into your account, such as an option to email tutor or support directly if required. Still enjoyed the course and now signed up for another one.”
