“I embarked on the Social Workers Training Level 3 and the Mental Health Support Worker Level 3 and found the module content very good and easy to understand. I would definitely look for further courses especially since the certification is recognised across the U.K. and internationally.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the Beginners Microsoft Word course as it went through all the basics in detail from beginning. This enabled me to progress to a better understanding of the technical names of the word pages and how to navigate the system eg the ribbon quick access tool bar and status bar etc. The course very detailed and the tasks putting into practice what I read and took notes of was a way that helped me learn. The downside was the mock exam and the final test needed to pass the course and get your certificate, thought too much on the terminology, technical names quite difficult to remember, as course I would have thought been tested on more practical items such as did in the tasks.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my course, have purchased more as they are so good and it was very easy to navigate the site. The course materials were excellent and being able to work at my own pace is one of the best things. A great place to enhance your CPD portfolio and a mulititude of courses available to choose from. Can’t wait to start my next course”

“It was great to learn TA level 2 course with Oplex. I could do in my own time, review anytime and have required to revise too. I had opportunity to take mock test and than do my finals received Higher distinction in the same very satisfied. Look forwards to take another courses. Thankyou”

“I would have liked to see actual real hands doing the signals nevertheless it has whetted my appetite to learn more on sigh language, I also realised that it’s just not just watching hands, people converse using all their body language In these times when masks are used I would feel proud to communicate to my patients using BSL thank you Kim Hough”

“After paying for an extension to my course I was unable to log in to my account and could find no way to reset my account online. I contacted them via a contact us email service to ask for advice. This was over a week ago and I still have had no reply. Very unhappy as they were very quick to take my money”
