“I applied for a course and didn't realize there was a deadline to finish the course and have just had to pay for an extension. I need unlimited learning as I'm doing 16 courses around mental health in adults and children to further my career as a phycologist/therapist”

“The Level 3 Teaching Assistant Course was too wordy, in places out of date and contained spelling / grammar mistakes. It would have been better if the sections of writing were more broken up with images, pictures, diagrams, graphs and perhaps some interactive pieces such as short video clips for the purpose of demonstration.”

“The courses are brilliant and clearly descriptive. However, there are a few spelling mistakes in some of the courses. I am currently studying the creative writing course which is a CPD level that employers will look up to, though these spelling mistakes need rectifying as, in the world of writing, the spelling mistakes may put them off.”

“I did 3 courses and while the first 2 were fine the third was dreadful. It was rushed, full of errors, typos and sentences that were not structured to make sense. It was clear whoever wrote it had gone back on their sentence structure a lot and forgot to delete part of the old sentence, leaving half the course difficult to read due to the constant broken sentences. The exam itself even had multiple answers as the same or 2 answers sharing a line. The whole course felt rushed and very clearly hadn’t been proof read as there was massive grammatical errors throughout, this was also the most expensive of the 3 courses and the last I will be doing with Oplex.”
